A Pirates Life for Me

This weekend, I surprised  Scott and the kids with a high seas adventure in Annapolis.

After donning their costumes

Are pirates supposed to be cute?

And getting their tattoos

almost two year old pirate

We were ready to board the ship and set sail in search of our treasure

Daddy and his girl count treasure

The kids used their loot to purchase ice cream for dinner

A good time was had by all.   Though I fear the pirate life may agree too well with them.  Don’t they look quite fierce?

We all scream for Ice Cream

  15. We loved this when we went sailing with the pirates 3 years ago ... we are thinking of doing it again before Noah is totally too old to enjoy.

  17. Yes, they were quite cute and insisted that they could pay themselves with their gold coins... so they paid at the ice cream place and then Scott snuck real cash on the side. It was adorable. :-)
